We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Yes, we prioritize sourcing from ethical tea estates. Many of our blends are certified organic, and we provide detailed origin information for all our single-origin harvests.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened packages. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
How should I store my loose leaf tea to keep it fresh?
To maintain maximum flavor, store your tea in a cool, dark place inside an airtight container. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, and strong odors.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to bring Sencha Tea Bar to tea lovers worldwide soon.
