At Sencha Tea Bar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium loose-leaf tea and teaware. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened tea products and unused accessories.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your tea remains in its original, vacuum-sealed packaging or that your teaware is unused and in its original box.
Contact Support
Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items with the original packing slip and clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Send your package via a tracked carrier to our fulfillment center; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
